Fusion Slider Module

The Fusion Slider Module uses the Plexiglass Lid from the Core Kit and Tilt Feet. The portable, user-friendly design allows Anaglyphs to be sent home, so patients can work on smooth vergences outside the clinic. When viewed at 40 cm with an average pupillary distance of 60 mm, the slide displays markings in prism diopters to measure the amount of base-in or base-out demand.
